Cili99 Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and cili99 ("Platform", "we", "company") in all aspects of use of the website, mobile app, and any related services provided under the cili99.pro domain.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cili99. By browsing our website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

• You are not on the self-exclusion list of any gambling regulatory body
• You are not acting on behalf of another person when opening an account or making any transactions
• The personal information you provide is accurate, current, and fully truthful

Cili99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately, and any existing balance will be subject to review before release.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at cili99. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all balances held within them.

• Bonuses have a limited validity period — unused bonuses will expire automatically once that period ends
• Wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 30x depending on the type of bonus received

Cili99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a serious violation that may result in account closure and freezing of all balances.

In the event of a technical fault, connection disruption, or system failure during a game session, the following policy applies:

• If a live casino game is interrupted before the final result, bets placed will be voided and funds returned
• Connection disruptions on the player's end do not entitle the player to cancellation of bets that have already been placed and confirmed
• Wins resulting from technical errors, incorrect displays, or software malfunctions are void and invalid

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all members, there are behaviours that cili99 will not tolerate under any circumstances:

• Multiple account usage — opening more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's name
• Bonus fraud — any attempt to exploit the bonus system in an improper manner
• Use of automation software — bots, scripts, or any automated tools that influence gameplay
• Payment fraud — use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts
• Money laundering — use of the cili99 platform for any money laundering activities
• System disruption — any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform

Violation of any of the above terms will result in immediate account closure, freezing of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. cili99 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via an authenticator app or SMS
• Never share your password with anyone — including cili99 staff, who will never ask for your password
• Avoid logging in from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks

Cili99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if such access results from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Cili99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, cili99 makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free platform performance.

Cili99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events.

Users acknowledge that gambling activities carry financial risk. cili99 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.

Cili99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications, registered email, or announcements on the cili99 homepage.

Continued use of the cili99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.
