The cili99 VIP Programme is designed to reward our loyal players. From exclusive cashback to a personal account manager — you deserve more than just an ordinary gaming experience.
Every bet and game you play accumulates points, and the higher your tier, the more exclusive privileges await you.
Unlike other platforms that impose complicated rollover requirements, cili99 VIP cashback is credited directly to your account every week with no convoluted rollover conditions.
VIP Gold members and above receive a dedicated account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. They help resolve any issues promptly — no waiting in the standard support queue.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed with the highest priority. Gold members and above enjoy withdrawals in under one hour, while Diamond members receive instant processing.
Cili99 values you not just during gameplay, but also on your special days. VIP members receive bonus credits on birthdays, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and other festive celebrations.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher betting limits compared to regular accounts. This gives you greater flexibility in your gaming strategy, especially for jackpot slots and live casino tables.
Platinum and Diamond members get early access to new games before public release, plus invitations to tournaments and exclusive VIP events held on a regular basis.
Many Malaysian players have experienced so-called "VIP" programmes on other platforms that deliver no real benefits — just different rank titles with no meaningful difference in experience. The cili99 VIP Programme is built on a completely different approach.
What truly sets it apart is a transparent and fair tier upgrade system. On cili99, you can clearly see exactly how much more is needed to reach the next tier. There are no hidden conditions or sudden downgrades without notice. Once you reach a tier, those privileges remain for at least one full month.
For active Sports Betting players, the cili99 VIP program offers exclusive benefits in the form of sports betting rebates. This means a portion of your sports betting losses will be returned every week, helping you stay in the game even during a rough streak.
Another highly valued benefit is the personal account manager service. Unlike standard live chat support where you deal with a different agent each time, your cili99 VIP personal account manager knows your history and preferences. They can assist with deposit issues, withdrawals, bonus enquiries, and provide advice on the latest offers suited to your gaming profile.
